Kayla, who is the founder of Triple Goddess Nutrition & Holistic Health Inc, provides personalized nutritional assessments to help patients achieve individual health and nutrition goals. Her passion is helping others renew and reclaim their health through dietary and lifestyle changes as well as supplementation.
We are individuals, and our nutritional needs are unique to each person. We feed, fuel, and manage our bodies differently. The goal is to connect, identify and build balanced nourishment with a compassionate and flexible attitude as each person's wellness journey is different.
Born and raised in Cambridge, Ontario Kayla is a CAIN Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, HCA Licensed Health & Nutrition Counselor and HCA Licensed Health Coach.
Kayla completed studies in the areas of herbal medicine, nutritional symptomatology, supplementation in nutrition, environmental nutrition, disease prevention, preventative health and nutrition, body metabolism, and advanced Holistic Nutrition.
Kayla has worked in the medical field for 20+ years assisting physicians and specialists in their practices as a Medical Assistant & Clinical Research Coordinator.
Over the years, she has listened to many patients talk about nutrition, most complaints from patients were "I'm not sure what I am suppose to eat, or where do I start as there is too much information on the internet" .
She decided to make a career change to help those in need of nutritional guidance.

Take a deep breath, relax, and know that you're in a supportive community dedicated to your well-being. In addition, you’ll learn the nutrients to consume to help your body better manage stress. We’ll include some very tasty and healthy recipes, weekly meal plans, prep guides, and shopping lists for the 21 days of the program.

I had my initial meeting with Kayla on July 9/24. Kayla was inviting and set up the meeting so I was able to see the information I had sent her (intake form), and all of the documents for my better health journey. It was relevant to my specific issues. She was able to address my Gut issues, provide me with vitamins, food plan ( menus, grocery list and nutritional content of each meal)and any other concerns, symptoms and positive results. I left with tools and a great sense that I will be able to control my eating, take the appropriate vitamins, follow menus and decrease my medications( all with varing side effects). Other items we discussed were sleeping habits, lifestyle choices, stress, weight loss, and her support throughout this journey. I have already started to incorporate meal journaling, consistent times to eat and take my medications. I would recommend Kayla to anyone who needs information and support.
